I had a warranty or I purchased an extended warranty, what happens now? |

Your warranty was from ICOP Digital, Inc., which filed bankruptcy. Safety Vision did not assume or purchase any warranties, service contracts or other obligations from ICOP. You can file a claim in the bankruptcy case for the warranty obligations. We did not assume any warranty or service contract obligations. You can send in your equipment for our Service Department to diagnose and provide a repair quote, and we’ll do everything in our power to repair the equipment at the lowest price possible. |
